Proof Whiskey Bar

I went during breakfast and ask waitress about gluten free options. She said they didn’t have anything. Everything for breakfast was cooked on the same griddle.

They have a gf menu. However, there is no option to add an allergy alert to the meal and the staff said they aren't able to guarantee gf. They recommended I go to cibo market instead where they have prepackaged gf sandwiches.

Terminal C at EWR. Had a gluten free menu, the chopped steak salad was pricey but excellent.
