This place was awesome! They have gluten free bread and honestly it was so good I was waiting to get sick, but I didn't! The fries are fried in the same oil as other gluten but they just subbed out for really good coleslaw! The staff was also super knowledgeable because I just mentioned the fryer and he automatically said no sorry there will be cross contamination!

Staff was knowledgeable and aware of celiac. They accidentally put the wrong chips (made in shared fryer) on my plate and once realized took sandwich back and remade everything. Sandwich was excellent on amazing bread!

Seven years of being Gf with celiac abs this was the second best sandwich bread I’ve eaten. SO. GOOD. I got the chicken blt with no chips ( gluten used in fryer) I wish I would have gone back to get another for the road ha! My friend thought it was better than his gluten sandwich ( warm allepo salami)! I called in my pick up order and asked a lot questions. She informed me that they will change gloves, and clean and sanitize cook and prep areas. They packaged it separately and marked as Gf. Didn’t get sick and it was a delicious sandwich!

We were driving on I-40 and needed a spot to stop for lunch. Reviews for here were perfect and I decided to give it a try. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The person waiting on me knew what he was talking about, and made additional comments on accommodations they could make to make it safer. For example, they usually warm their bread and several of their sandwiches are pressed. To minimize risk, they had a separate pan they used to heat my sandwich. I avoided all spreads and thought it might be dry, but it was one of the best sandwiches I've had, ever, even prior to being diagnosed. I did avoid the chips and pickle as the chips are made in a shared fryer as gluten containing items and I wasn't sure about contamination in the pickle jar. Better safe than sorry, especially on a car ride. As a heads up, sandwiches are pricey. In my opinion, I would still pay the price again for quality and piece of mind.

They moved to 110 E Rt 66 Soooo good! The sandwiches are MASSIVE! I ordered the Muffuletta with GF bread. The sandwich was pack with meat and flavor. I recommend this place for sure.
Had a chicken sandwich on Udi’s bread. The kitchen staff came out to make sure I knew that there was a risk of cross contamination since they have bread everywhere. I appreciated he was willing to do that and he made sure that the employee washes his hands, changed gloves did their best. It was very good and I didn’t get sick. They’re moving to a bigger location soon.
This place is awesome The meats are terrific and but here’s in house. The Pastrami and corned beef are terrific and the sandwiches are a cut above.
Udis bread available so all non-fried offerings are available. Chips are homemade in a shared fryer so stay away. It’s an open kitchen so there’s cross contamination risk but you can also watch the cook at work in case you see any wrong moves. Quality wise this is a 5star shop. I just like to reserve a 5th star for those who are GF specialists.
Amazing sandwiches, great service. The meats are amazing and the staff is knowledgeable about celiac!
