Excellent sausages. The menu mostly explains which are safe, but the staff was also very knowledgeable. I went to order the cheese sausage, which was not marked as containing gluten, and he immediately stopped me. The facility isn’t gluten free, but they made a point of explaining their process for avoiding cross contamination. Everything was great, and I had no issues afterwards.

Delicious! And the platters don’t come with buns anyway so you aren’t missing out on anything.
Can get a sausage sampler platter that is bread-free. The sausages are a variety of flavors with no gluten. So much fun to try and it was nice to not have to get a burger with GF bun or mediocre GF pizza which are what most of the other mid-prices restaurants offer.
