Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie

The owner is a celiac so there is gluten free bread, a dedicated gluten free fryer. All but one entree on the menu had a gluten free option. Wait staff was well versed in cross contact and food came well labeled as gluten free options so wait staff did not get confused. There was also a gluten free dessert!

— Excellent

We are gluten and dairy free. The staff clearly explained every item available. They had gluten free bread as an option. We were interested in the local meat options and asked the server to confirm there were no fillers. The chef called the meat market they originated from to be absolutely sure. Now that is fabulous service! Great meal! We will be back.

Always a great experience at Prost. They have a designated GF frier and bread options! Always have GF entrees and can make your own charcuterie board. Definitely make the trip!
