Traditional Guam food and it is the ultimate comfort food. So much of it is gluten free. And I believe free of cross contamination fryer risk if I am remembering correctly. It’s mostly marinades to watch out for, but everything is clearly marked.

Empanadas, fried chicken wings, potato soup…. It’s all to die for. Highly recommend trying this place out with some friends so you can try a lot of items!
