Review of P.S. & Co.

Not sure if we just caught them on an off day but I wouldn’t expect such an overwhelming off day on a random Monday for 3 out of 5 products we bought. It was our first visit as we read the raving reviews, but it likely will be our last: - the blueberry muffins were tasteless and crumbly and dry. - the berry cheesecake was clearly over-baked - black on the crust. - the chocolate dipped cake was decadent but bitter (and not from the chocolate taste as I like dark bitter chocolate) - the brownie was drier than expected, not necessarily bad- more like a cake - the banana bread was good.

Our children didn’t like anything except the banana bread and they love all of the baked goods from any family member and all fully gluten free as well since myself and one of the kids need that. For the price and the fact that they are a bakery, I had, we had, expected better. We did hear a lot of people rave about the cinnamon rolls which they unfortunately don’t carry on Mondays, so maybe we’ll be back for that at some point.
