I have Celiac disease, not just an intolerance, and the food that is labeled GF has always been safe. They don’t have a dedicated fryer, though.

They do NOT have a dedicated GF menu anymore. They have 5 items that can be made GF and three are salads.

I ordered a sandwich with a gluten free bun, and edamame instead of fries. The bun was tougher than I thought it would be, but the flavor was pretty good.

Edit: they have recently updated their menu. They now label dishes and drinks that are gluten free or can be modified to be gluten free. They now have edamame and gluten free buns!
They offer a gluten free menu and the food is delicious! They offer butter lettuce wraps for their burgers/sandwiches. They have a list of gluten free dressings for their salads and show which modifications would be made to made your dish gluten free. There is a risk of cross contamination which is stated on the menu. But overall they have a good number of options to choose from.
