I can eat food like other people here! The GF fish and Chips and the onion rings are to die for! The owners wife has Celiac so they get it. They have designated fryers specifically for the GF food. I loved the gf clam chowder but, it didn’t love me because of all the dairy. It was still so nice while it lasted. I’ve eaten here twice and it’s been great every time! You have to eat here.

My 5yr old has celiac disease and doesn’t trust food she hasn’t had. We tried coming here anyway.

Knowing that the owner has a celiac family member and listing to the guy taking our order explain their precautions, she was comfortable enough to try the kids chicken nuggets/strips and fires.

She was initially hesitant to give them a bite when they arrived at our table but she eventually did and loved them. She had no issues afterwards.

Thanks for a great dining experience. It’s rare we get to eat out and travel is hard.

We were told their son has celiac disease and that they are extremely careful about cross contamination. The fish was good, the fries were bland and served with tomato sauce instead of ketchup. The pulled pork sandwich fell apart and was very dry despite being recommended as the best thing on the menu. The side salad was great! The cider tasted like a sweet juice. The only thing we finished was the salad. They do have outdoor seating and are dog-friendly, which is a plus. There are signs about “beer for everyone” up all over, but there are no gf beers available.

GF onion rings are very difficult to find and these are delicious! GF fish & chips also amazing. Fresh and crispy. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Dedicated gf fryers. Hubby had pulled pork sandwich & a chocolate hazelnut beer (not gf) and they were both excellent.

Most of the menu can be made GF! I have Celiac (very sensitive to CC) and had the BEST GF battered fish and chips (all of their fish and chips here are made GF, so you don’t even have to specify the “GF fish and chips”). Even my non-GF hubby said they were some of the best fish and chips he has ever had! The fryers are dedicated GF and their GF onion rings were amazing too. Another plus was that my dairy free daughter was also able to eat the fish and chips as there is no milk or other dairy in the batter. I didn’t feel sick at all afterwards and we all left feeling full and super happy! I met the owner and his beautiful family while we were there and his son is Celiac and it is obvious they pride themselves on excellent service and amazing food. Mikey, the manager, was super friendly and willing to accommodate anything we needed. We ate here during the pandemic and while the sit down restaurant inside is not open yet, we ordered our food to go and then sat outside in their ample sitting area and enjoyed our food on a beautiful night in Cannon Beach. I cannot wait to eat here again!

Wow. I’ve had quite a few gf fish and chips and these are the best yet. A bit pricey but halibut was the fish of the day so worth it. They use soda not buttermilk in their batter so they are also df. Incredibly light, crispy, almost a subtle sweetness. The chips could have been a bit crispier but we ordered take away so we could enjoy the beach view from our hotel. We also purchased a bottle of pear cider to go with dinner. Perfect or should I say “pearfect” from Helvetia Cider company. Next we will have to try the gf onion rings and hamburger. What a gem of a place.

If you are celiac, this is the very best place on the coast to get food. It’s absolutely delicious and so safe! Super friendly and helpful staff, all knowledgeable about their menu. Hands down the best gluten free fried food I’ve had. Fish n chips and onion rings are incredible. Fish tacos are yummy. Highly recommend! Loads of gluten free options. Got onion rings, cod fish and chips, and fries. 3 gluten free options for the flight. Root beer is good but not really carbonated which we were surprised by. I’m pregnant this trip, so I’ve been sampling root beer around the towns we’ve been visiting and this one was oddly flat. But 1,000% would come back. Great gluten free selection from salads to chowder to burgers and fried food. There are GF chicken tender options for kids as well. They did have children booster seats for my 1.5 year old niece as well. Dog friendly.

Amazing gluten free fish & chips, fish tacos, onion rings and they had all sorts of other GF menu items to choose from!! They make an in house root beer BBQ sauce that we weren’t crazy about but I’m sure there are huge fans out there. And I don’t know why but their house ranch dressing is SO good! It has like a little bite of vinegar to it and it’s absolutely perfect, I had to get a side salad to go just so I could have another round with the leftovers. And I didn’t feel a twinge of sick at all after. We may even go back this trip bc it was so good!

Got the rockstar treatment. Felt very comfortable eating here. My wife is highly sensitive celiac, so we are always extra careful. Gluten free clam chowder was delicious and I was given gluten free herb crackers with my chowder. Wife had Pacific cod fish and chips that are also gluten free. No risk of cross contamination since all fried items are gluten free. The fried fish was a little oily but tasted yummy. Service was excellent. Very friendly people. Blueberry hard cider and cherry seltzer are also offered. If you like root beer then try their in house made root beer. It's really good.

Over the years of coming to the coast, I have accepted that if I want to safely eat seafood, I will need to buy it and cook myself.. but this year, I decided to read up more on places like this one with a ton of positive reviews, despite the fact that they are not officially dedicated gf. I am so glad I did! The food here is amazing! The manager welcomed my statement of "I have Celiac's" with, "don't worry, we are a gluten free restaurant"! Their fryer is dedicated to gf fried foods only. What an awesome find! We will definitely be back!

This dining experience scratched a major itch. The owner's son is Celiac so it was easy to trust the menu.

All GF items are clearly denoted on the menu and you don't need to ask for a special menu.

We got the kid's fish & chips, fish tacos, onion rings and clam chowder, all deliciously GF!

Friendly staff and very willing to explain gf procedures. Food was tasty and our golden doodle appreciated the water bowl delivered to our table. Some GF beer would be most welcome.
