I had shrimp enchiladas and lime margaritas, the waiter didn’t give me any confidence in my order so I was taking a risk and was nervous but luckily no issues. I skipped the chips and salsa bc I feel like those are always the biggest risk with Mexican.

We visited last week. We had fajitas. Very good. The manager made sure everything was cooked on clean surface.

As of May 2019, Pueblo Viejo can no longer accommodate gluten free as the meat is marinated in flour and the chips are in a fryer with tortillas.
