GF items are marked on the menu, lots of options. I had the pulled chicken tacos that already come on a corn tortilla with rice and beans, no issues. Unsure if the chips were fried in the same fryer (forgot to ask) but I had no issues with the few chips with salsa I did eat

Good flavors. Menu items are explicitly marked are gluten-free.

Celiac individual ordered salmon tacos but just before eating reread the menu and saw ponzu in it which is 95% never gluten free. Hostess and waiter had no idea (even after going to the back the waitress came back and said it wasn’t vegan so is very clueless).
Manager at least knew ponzu wasn’t gluten free but with that menu mis-marked I wouldn’t be confident in other choices.

Many gluten free items are labeled on the menu. We enjoyed the Molcajrte Mar Y Tierra and gluten free birra empanadas. Most items have corn tortilla option.
Chips are not 100% celiac safe (shared fryer - which is a bummer for a place that has so many gf options)
There was some confusion on the menu as the refried beans are not labeled gluten free under the sides (while other sides are) but are included with several dishes that are labeled gluten free. We asked the server and he checked (and confirmed they are gf)& was willing to answer any/all other questions we had.

Do NOT eat here. They got me super sick bc they labeled a meal as “gf” and in the notes of food prep I wrote “please make it gluten free” and when I ate it I got really sick. When I called and asked about the meal, they admired that 1/3 of the plate was definitely cross contaminated and 1/3 of the plate straight up had gluten. I am so pissed!

This restaurant has many gluten free options. I personally got bacon wrapped shrimp, there Molcajete mar y tierra and the street corn. I have celiac disease and did not get sick eating here!
Beware the chips say their gluten free but they are fried in the same fryer…

I just recently discovered I was getting hives from gluten & dairy. I was very discouraged because going out to eat with my friends was a pleasurable activity for me. Pueblo has many options with corn tortillas & no dairy!
