The team acknowledged my dietary restrictions right away. They confirmed and explained how my dishes were different and safe for me to consume. The food was great and I felt like I was enjoying a great meal like the rest of my friends.

Lovely experience, and the staff were ok with my frequent questions and requests for reassurance. I was able to eat almost the same meal as my gluten-eating friends.

Delicious meal; super knowledgeable staff; and was able to do most of omakase taco tasting with few modifications. Worth the hype.

Knowledgeable with GF needs. Mole and most course safe. Exception was churro
This place is totally safe for Celiacs but somewhat uninspiring. Though given the heads up I was a Celiac months in advance, I was able to have a very disappointing version of the tasting menu. It’s one of those experiences where instead of finding equal substitutions or something interesting, I was just given things that were boring. No mole because of bread added so while my friend ate the two moles, I was given a taco with a zucchini blossom. Snooze! Especially considering the prices and the idea that it’s a creative restaurant. That said, the tasting menu changes so perhaps your iteration will be more exciting . I liked the NY Cosme far more but even that one can be uneven. The space is beautiful and the bar offers a bar menu perhaps try that.

Pujol is a fine dining experience. There were only 2 items on the tasting menu we couldn't have. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Make reservations. This place is not cheap.
