Review of Puma's Italian Ice & Hot Dog Shack

Bring your own bun, GF buns are available at Walmart.

They offer a ton of options for gluten free hot dogs, dogs without the bun are an option as well. The Italian ice is delicious, dairy free as well. They have shakes, whips and ice cream too. Fun little hole in the wall spot. The owner and staff are both very nice and they can tell you what is/isn’t gluten free.

They did take some precautions but be sure to ask if you’re very sensitive for clean gloves, knives, etc. I am sensitive, not celiac and had no reaction. Be sure to eat at your own risk. For the gluten intolerant this another great eating option.
