I stopped into Pura Vida for breakfast at the recommendation of a staff member at the airport - the airport restaurant happened to be closed for breakfast today, and Pura Vida is nearby. I knew the airport restaurant had some GF choices, and I didn't know about Pura Vida, but I decided to give it a shot.
This cafe is lovely! The person at the counter where I placed my order was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free (including the flavor syrups for coffee), and on her recommendation I tried the Gallo Pinto and a gluten free vegan oat bar. Both were excellent!

Several gluten free breakfast and lunch options as well as a shelf of gluten free baked goods. The coffee was exceptional and the people super nice and knowledgeable.

I love this locally owned cafe! It was clean. They totally understand celiac and cross contamination concerns. (Hooray!) I had a delicious breakfast of egg, rice, and beans. Tasty. My husband has no problems with gluten and enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and a huge cinnamon roll. Prices extremely reasonable and coffee good. Highly recommend!!
