Pure Spice Chinese Restaurant

I'm a sensitive celiac and went in with my partner expecting not to be able to eat anything. I tried just ordering rice and explained why and the sweet owner was like "no that's not enough, order the veggies and it comes with rice and it will be safe and we'll not put any soy sauce on it." I asked if the pan it would be cooked on would have had any gluten cooked on it before and she assured me not. She seemed so knowledgeable and kind that I trusted her and am so glad I did! The food was incredible. So maybe not a huge selection for celiacs but also worth it for the taste if you're going with others. I'm still thinking about how delicious it was! And the owners are just so genuine and kind.

The food was great and they were super accommodating for my requests for clarity on ingredients and happily modified dishes for me. Not good if you have celiacs, but for me this worked! Very nice people and parking too.
