Pure Sushi

I had California roll (they used GF imitation crab) and Philly roll. I enjoyed them but I have had better.

They put my Philly roll on the same plate with the other roll that weren’t GF.

I sent my plate back and told them not to ever put anything that is GF on the same plate with anything else that is not GF. They apologized.

Fortunately, I didn’t feel any reactions. My body reacts really quick when glutened.

Pure Sushi has a nice GF menu and even gluten free tempura batter (not sure if it’s fried in same fryer as other items). The waitress seemed fairly knowledgeable and brought me GF soy sauce. The food was mediocre but I felt just fine after eating!
