Extremely knowledgeable and well-prepared for gluten free orders. Everything is vegan, so great for dairy intolerance, but also everything except for the standard dough and dough balls is gluten free to limit cross contamination. Because all other ingredients are gluten free, all other kitchen utensils are free from contamination.
The gluten free dough is handmade on site (and one of the best I’ve ever had), all dough is stretched using gf flours to limit airborne particles, and when a gluten free pizza is cooked (on a tray so it doesn’t touch the oven surface) it is the only thing in the oven. Desserts are gluten free too! I felt extremely safe.
