Review of Purgy's Restaurant

Doubtful on cross contamination practices and its hard to communicate with staff since you order via phone or kiosk, but Gluten Free bun is available for burgers and you can substitute fries (assuned same fryer, but didn't ask) for an alternate option. I tried it since I am non-celiac but sensitive and had no issues but probably wouldn't get food if I were celiac without talking to the staff about what measures they take.

My favorite part is that they serve Holidaily gluten free beer (my favorite!). They had both the blonde and IPA varieties. It's so nice to sit down with a beer with friends as a mid-day break from skiing.
