Server said that most items can be made gluten free. He was cognizant of the fact that some items become gluten-ized during preparation and could tell me which ones.

They do have gluten free pasta.

Plenty of options for meat eaters and vegetarians. Not much for vegans.

I have CD. I ordered very carefully from a non-GF menu with guidance from the (seemingly) knowledgeable server. I ordered GF pasta after checking that it was cooked in water separate of other pastas. I confirmed with the server that it was GF when it arrived at my table. I was running for a bathroom within ten minutes of leaving the restaurant. I’m so disappointed.
