Did a staycation at the Atlantis with my kids. I always scope out menus ahead of time for GF options so I don't have to waste time trying to eat somewhere that has few offerings. Purple Parrot had a few options and I'm always excited to see gluten free pancakes on a menu! The pancakes were absolutely delicious and I had no issues. I did not inquire about separate griddles/utensils but maybe I was lucky.

I ordered the Quinoa Blueberry Pancakes. It was the only thing for breakfast marked gluten free. They don't have a separate grill, but the chef said he would clean it and use separate utensils. I took the risk being I had seen positive reviews on here. I was not so lucky. I got sick.

Hands down the best gluten-free free pancakes around. Made from quinoa, with or without blueberries, these satisfy that occasional gnawing need for an old fashioned big breakfast.

They only had a couple gluten free breakfast options but they were able to do a great burger with a gluten free bun for lunch!! The fries were also gluten free which is always a plus for me. The staff was great, will come back for sure.

Had lunch here and my waitress was very understanding and careful. She had to ask the kitchen 3 times if what I wanted was safe since I cannot have lactose either and we were having a hard time finding something I could eat. The hamburger was tasty and they withhold the bacon on their own which I asked about and evidently the way it was cooked created a risk of cross contamination so they did not serve it. Wow! So thorough. And I was always treated with respect and never felt like I was bothering them. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

The chef is very aware of celiac. GF quinoa pancakes are good. They do have GF bread, thou I didn't have any. All egg dishes, hasbrowns, and bacon/sausage are safe. Just tell them you are an allergy alert.
