Purple Urchin Restaurant

I was excited to see that they had GF ravioli, so I got that with the vodka sauce. The waiter came out and said that it was gluten free. A few hours later I had a major reaction (multiple times) and am still feeling the effects. Would NOT recommend if you are celiac!

Update: They only have gluten free ravioli so not sure what happened

Asked the waitress if there was a gluten free menu she said, “oh sorry we don’t have that” and then walked away. I got the watermelon salad with grilled chicken, no reaction thankfully!

Staff knowledgeable. The chicken and kale ravioli was recommended. O.M.G. Like it was made by the gluten free ravioli whisperer! So far so good. I will post back if any problems

Their chicken kale ravioli is amazing! Tender chicken with a creamy sauce with ravioli. So good!

Had gf clam chowder, chicken ravioli, steak salad all were good but kind of expensive

There are a couple GF appetizers, but there are no GF entrees.

Awesome place! Many gluten free choices and they are delicious. Sit inside or out above road level. The kids declared this place even had the best chicken tenders. A delicious Clam Chowder! Definitely going back!!!!

Don't advertise a GF menu if you don't really have one. Telling me that I can have the salad without croutons is something I can do anywhere. P. S. Rice doesn't contain gluten.
