First visit here but won’t be my last. 5-star BBQ. Sides are as good. Clean and well-organized. Most everything is GF and the use a fed dedicated fryer for fries. (Avoid the hushpuppies, chicken tenders and pork rinds.) Sauces are all GF. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will try more another time but I’m STUFFED!

Co-owner is GF. Pitmaster very knowledgeable about GF options, and noted whole family has a gluten intolerance. Dedicated GF fryer. Meats all GF except tenders. All sides besides Mac and cheese were GF. Milkshake and ice cream for Desert. Staff was great and friendly. Called co owner to verify choices. Only thing is shared assembly line which could cause possible contamination, but they did change gloves for us.

At this time, this restaurant had only been open a month. Meats and most sides were indicated to be gluten free. Co-owner said she follows a gf diet. She was super knowledgeable and was working to build that knowledge in her staff. I got fries from a dedicated fryer, brisket, and coleslaw. Excellent quality. Sauces were indicated to be gf. Do be aware that it is assembly line prep so slight risk of cross contact exists.
