The manager is very knowledgeable and set my mind at ease. He informed the server, and she double-checked with the kitchen staff. I felt very confident in my ability to eat safely.

Oh, and the food is amazing! There are only three GF meat options available, one each of beef, pork, and chicken, but there are plenty of veggies and special salads available. It is impossible to leave this place hungry. I plan to visit often
