Q Sushi Bar & Omakase

This may be the best sushi restaurant in Chicago AND they can pretty much make everything gluten free!! I felt 100% safe, as the waitress and all employees were extremely knowledgeable about my gluten allergy! The miso soup was amazing (although they can’t make the mushroom miso gluten free) and all of the fish tasted very very fresh! I highly recommend the Tuna roll but you really can’t go wrong because everything on the menu is FABULOUS.
