I have never been to a restaurant so unwilling to cater to a food allergy. I explained to the waitress and manager that I have a gluten allergy and the manager insisted there was no way to wipe down the griddle before cooking my egg dish and there was nothing she could do for me. After a lot of questions and fighting on my end, I was told that my food would be prepared in a separate clean pan. I think I was forgotten or ignored, however, because I am sick now. I can't be sure, but I have a feeling I was lied to so that I would stop asking questions. If you have a gluten allergy, DO NOT go to this restaurant because unfortunately, they will not help you.
