Review of QDOBA Mexican Eats

I am not sure how (or if) they train their employees to deal with customers with gluten issues. I told the employee I had a gluten allergy (technically I have celiac disease, but I find servers understand the severity better when I use the term “allergy”), and he didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. I had to ask him to change his gloves. Nothing I ordered had gluten in it but I still got sick afterwards so I am assuming I got cross-contaminated somehow.
