Not very friendly or understanding. Seemed unwilling to help. I didn't get sick after being persistent that I needed food that wasn't touched yet.

Great place! Naked bowl is a safe bet. Chips aren't GF since they are fried in the same oil as gluten products.

Found the workers to be very rude when questioned and when they finally found the allergy list they ignored my request to view it. Went with a taco salad without the tortilla and wouldn't order it again. Do no recommend this chain.

They have a good list of allergens on their website. You can basically eat anything except the BBQ sauce, any tortillas or tortilla strips (even their corn tortillas have a possibility of cross contamination), and their potatoes. Their online list also provides information on which items have gluten and which have possible contamination.

They weren't thrilled when I asked for a glove change, and offered me the flour tortilla bowl. However, if you are educated about what you eat, you can find something here.

Well... I really liked the good before I realized I had an allergy. there should be a lot of food on the menu that is gluten free, however, there is a lot of cross contamination. Every time I eat there I am in a lot of pain later in the evening.

Staff wash hands and change gloves. Any burrito can be made "naked". Tortilla chips are not fried in dedicated fryers. Good to-go food option.

I have eaten at a few Qdobas & never gotten sick. However at this particular location at the Indianapolis airport, I asked to verify that the meat was still gluten-free since I had not been in a while. The server told me, "Nothing is gluten-free here." I thought maybe she just did not know what gluten-free meant, so I asked to speak with the manager. He came out waving his hands and told me very dismissively, "We have nothing you can eat here. Nothing." I said I understood they could not guarantee no cross contamination, I just wanted to know if it had gluten ingredients. He wouldn't elaborate, he just kept saying, "We have nothing gluten free." He clearly just wanted me to leave. I have really "lost my appetite" for Qdoba now. I don't think I will ever go back.

GF options for those not able to eat flour tortillas. Not a GFRAP participant but offers a GF menu and allergen list. Ask employees to change gloves. National chain. Food is good. Stray away from fryer items like tortilla chips. Risk for cross-contamination.

Cross contamination everywhere! Not safe. Wheat tortillas touching the counter and they employees gloves. I shouldn't have eaten here but after not eating all day I was desperate. Only took about 5 min to get sick. I told them about my severe allergy and the girl gave me an allergy info sheet. I got a bowl so she wouldn't be touching anything with her gloves and nothing would be fried. Just got rice, beans and chicken. When I got to checkout, the boy grabbed the allergy sheet out of my hand and shook his head and started talking to another employee like I was a complete idiot walking off with the allergy sheet... Avoid this place, end of story.

Used to love it here-before celiac diagnosis. Have eaten safely a couple of times but have gotten sick a couple of times. Went to try it again and the customer ahead of me wanted black beans. The worker put the beans on the tortilla. Then the customer said she wanted fewer beans so the worker scooped off some of the beans (that had of course already touched the tortilla) and put them back in the pan. Needless to say I left without ordering. May be fine if you don't have to worry about cross contamination.

Staff was very knowledgable of what was and wasn't gluten free, I have celiac disease so I am a bit more careful, they have corn tortillas for tacos but they are fries in same area as flour ones and only 2 sauces have gluten but if you get a naked bowl or salad there are a lot of choices. I had a great experience with the gal that did our order and would definitely go back again.

The person helping me was completely unaware of what a gluten allergy was. Had to get the manager. The manager had no idea where their gluten free menu was. The lady taking my order was asked to change her gloves several times but touched the inside of my bowl before she changed her gloves. Not completely unhappy but I think they need more training on all allergies.

This review is only regarding this particular Qdoba location. We ordered soft corn tortillas, which are listed on Qdoba's website as gluten free. We were given flour tortillas, which we did not realize until we were halfway through our meal. We feel stupid about that, and it is our fault that we weren't more careful, but the fact remains that we were given flour tortillas when we specified corn, so we were glutened. Besides that, the staff was not friendly, the bathrooms were not clean (10 minutes after opening), and when we showed the flour tortillas to the person working the register and explained what happened, we didn't even get an apology. Overall, just a really bad experience. Please be more careful than we were.

I ate here all the time pre-diagnosis (celiac). The last time I was in was a few weeks ago, and I told them that my son and I might have to go completely gluten-free...fast-forward to today. I haven't eaten out anywhere yet but thought i'd give it a try. The manager and server behind the counter saw me walk in and before I said anything went and got clean spoons and the server went and washed her hands and hot clean gloves!! Not only did they remember out conversation weeks ago but they had done research on safety procedures! They even put a sheet of tinfoil under my bowl so even the bottom would be uncontaminated! I'm blown away by their thoughtfulness and customer service. Highly recommend (plus it is delicious food)
