Menu does not mention anything about items being GF. Poor descriptions on menu-- there are items in some rolls that are tempura battered which isn't mentioned on menu. GF soy sauce available, but server unaware that tempura batter etc. is not GF.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to this restaurant. I am extremely sensitive to gluten, allergic to wheat. The 1st time I did not get sick, the 2nd time I did. This restaurant should not be listed as gluten free because they cannot guarantee cross contamination will not happen and I was EXTRA warned by my server. I did not worry, but I should have listened to my server. She explain to me that the cutting boards they use all have had wheat on them. She also said they do not have separate utensils for gluten free in the kitchen so the knives have been used to cut gluten. She tried her best to remove everything she could from the gluten free roles she thought might be cross contaminated. This server also explained that she worked in a gastro intestinal office and said if I was tested after eating there for gluten it would be positive. Please remove this listing because the gluten free rolls are not gluten free. I should have listened...but the 1st time was fine! Frustrating.

GF labeled menu. The Blackjack roll is Amaze-rolls! Staff was very knowledgable on GF. Highly recommend!
