Love, love, love! The food is amazing and they are very aware and conscientious about making sure they are not cross contaminating or serving something with gluten. They will modify recipes and make sure your meal is delicious and safe!

This is my second visit to Quattro Pazzi. The first time I went there was a lot of confusion on the part of the waitress about gluten free items. I ordered something off the GF menu but she said it wasn’t gluten free (pretty confusing). I ordered something different. After getting our food and confirming with the server who brought it that it was GF, the waitress came over and said it wasn’t gluten free AFTER I started eating. She came back after a little bit and said she was wrong (at that point I wasn’t confident). I decided to give the restaurant another try and immediately felt sick after leaving.

Delicious! The staff seemed very knowledgeable about gluten free +contamination, they had multiple different options for pastas and sauces that are gf (not necessarily listed on gf menu). I’m Celiac and had absolutely no issues! Very excited to go back and try more :)

The menu is super clear as to the gluten free pasta dishes they have. The gnocchi was superb. It’s the best gnocchi I’ve ever had in a Gorgonzola sauce. We also ordered the GF four cheese tortellini in cream sauce with peas and mushrooms. This was clearly fresh made pasta and delicious with great chew. This is not your run of the mill frozen bought stuff from the store. Highly recommend this place for a safe GF experience.

Lots of gluten free options. Waitstaff assured us gf pasta was made separately. Went through in detail what options would be best to eat.
Food is decent but very limited for gluten-free. Wait staff is frequently not very knowledgeable and a little dismissive when I've asked questions.

I ordered their gluten free pasta with marinara sauce because it seemed pretty safe and I ended up getting sick from it. It's the only thing I ate outside my normal celiac safe/friendly diet before getting sick, so I'm confident it's their pasta that made me sick and not something else I had eaten that day.
