Review of Quattro

Left hungry and frustrated - was assured that risotto should be fine, but sausage in it tested positive for gluten. Well intentioned staff, but insufficiently educated to provide a safe experience. Out of curiosity, tested the rice, which came back fine - so I think the issue was with the sausage.
