Not a celiac friendly facility. Wait staff was very polite in explaining that it is an unsafe facility for celiacs, and pointed out some other, safer restaurants nearby.
No
The manager, Mr. Mishra, was very helpful in working with us to put a gluten free lunch together for my Celiac 15-yo son, I wanted to be sure to let others know! He was able to get a wrapped in foil baked potato with new, clean from the back shredded cheese & sour cream AND chili that he showed me the ingredients (ground beef, beans, tomato sauce). No one else working there were trained to handle gf/cashier actually told us they had nothing gf, but we’ve learned that if you find the right person willing to help, it’s possible. Waiting at the gate right across from this place for a flight to Aspen grounded by weather, this was a rainbow. Might change this to 5 stars if he doesn’t get sick in 2 hours;-)
They gave both me and another person at a table next to me flour tortillas after I had ordered corn tortillas and had notified them of the allergy. The staff seems disorganized in general and I wouldn't recommend eating here if you find yourself at Denver Intl Airport.
