I asked the gentleman when I went in if they could do GF for an allergy I always say allergy so they'll understand) . He looked doubtful but then asked if it was an allergy or celiac. What?? In 5 years I think that's only the second time that's happened. He proceeded to tell me each thing I could or couldn't have. Menu has lots marked GF but he pointed out most had a chance for cross contamination. I had the salad and could also have had the burrito bowl. He steered me away from the carnitas as there is beer in the sauce. Idk if everyone there is as knowledgeable about celiac as he is, or if he's always there (it's a small place) but I was thrilled with the experience and felt I was in good hands.
