What a mess. We visited here and asked about the fryer based on mixed reviews here. Everything was confirmed gf when ordering (even went back to the kitchen to dbl check). When the expo delivered fries w/ a burger he said “you know the fryer is shared right?”. I mentioned our server confirmed it was dedicated, and then two kitchen staff members went back and forth with each other for about 90 seconds in front of us.. they ended up taking two plates of food back and it was never really addressed if the fryer was shared or dedicated (even between the staff). Our server was super sweet & kind about it, however, I think we were all overwhelmed by the event (arguing staff in FOH at the table). I ate after we left & my family finished their food. It was awkward for everyone and I wish we would have avoided this restaurant.

Staff was great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, no dedicated fryer so that knocks out part of the menu marked GF (ie wings, fries). They have GF buns for burgers and will swap in a salad for fries.

I had 2 great experiences here. The gf chili cheese fries were amazing and the Devil Dog sausage were amazing. Our server was very nice and friendly and went back to the kitchen a few times to confirm that everything we wanted to order was gf. She even offered to try to fashion a hamburger bun into a gf hotdog bun! So sweet. Tried the Vanilla Ube gf skillet cookie and OMG. Amazing!!! I’m for sure coming back when I’m in Seattle again

Was told there was a separate GF fryer and got fries from there, didn’t have a reaction. Good food for what I could have — but tastes a lot better drunk.

Worst customer experience since being diagnosed with Celiac. Wait staff was not knowledgeable nor helpful. There is no dedicated GF fryer as some have suggested so I was told I could switch the fries for Caesar salad. I asked for no bun and they got that right but the salad had croutons. Additionally I was up charged for subbing in the salad so that was a shocker. Overall the meal was subpar and I’m still angry over how much they charged me - $37 for a 3oz single hamburger with no bun and a side salad with croutons. I should have spoken up more. Still learning how to adapt to this lifestyle.

The cook at the walk up grill knew which sausages had wheat in them once we reminded him that beer had wheat. He also knew that they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. They offer gluten-free and gluten-processed beer, thigh none on tap.
