The entire restaurant is gluten free. The owner has celiac and wanted a safe place to eat for others. They will also cater to other food allergies as best they can. I have eaten there and not once gotten sick from any cross contamination.

Was a great restaurant knowing my son could get anything he wanted being celiac and not have to worry since it is a dedicated gluten free kitchen!! The lady that was helped us (I think the owner) was super kind and helpful as well.

SO Good! The cute little trendy location has a long list of SAFE options!! I had a flatbread and zucchini bowl with chicken. I was just sad I couldn’t try more. Leftovers were good too!

This is a fantastic restaurant! The kitchen is dedicated gluten free. The menu is amazing, with locally sourced items and a nice healthy meal that doesn’t sacrifice flavor. They serve alcohol and not all is GF so check your choice. The staff and owner are very friendly and the interior is bright and cheerful. I can’t emphasize enough how good the food tastes. I had the zucchini pesto flatbread and it was loaded with veggies. Do yourself a favor and give this restaurant a try.

Phenomenal menu; never seen so many GF items on one menu in the same location! Only a few alcoholic items have gluten; Dedicated GF facility! We had flatbreads…we will be back!!

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food!! Everything is gluten free on the menu. My entire family loved their food! My celiac daughter was in heaven. Delicious flatbreads, bowls, salads, apps. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve been several times. The food is delicious! Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend the southwest bowl and chicken rissoles appetizer! It is a dedicated GF restaurant.
