We frequented this restaurant before our child's celiac diagnosis in summer 2020, and asked them about gluten free options. To our delight they were very knowledgeable, and discussed in detail ways they could adjust menu items to accommodate our needs. We've never had a problem since, although they have warned us that when they are very busy it can be more challenging to make the substitutions. Also, they don't have gluten free pasta, but have cooked our pasta in fresh water if dropped beforehand for a not-too-busy night. And they do not have a gluten free fryer, but will make fries in a pan of oil, and they are delicious.
