Had a gluten-free menu that includes many of their regular menu items. Couldn’t get anything fried, they were too busy. The crab cakes were excellent!

Disaster. I mentioned being gluten free when ordering from the GF menu and the bartender informed me nothing on the GF menu was safe for celiac as there is flour in most of the items. She suggested a dry salad. Do not recommend.

I recently went there for a late lunch & asked for the GF menu. Although fish tacos was listed on the GF menu, I was told that the tacos are made with corn & wheat. My 2nd choice was also nixed because they don’t have a dedicated fryer. My 3rd choice was GF pasta with clams. The waitress said that the pasta was GF, but I have never seen that pasta shape before & I’ve been buying GF pasta for a few years. I did ask what brand it was, but it was so busy that I never did find out. I ate mostly the clams & took the rest home. I did have some symptoms for the next few days, but can’t be certain it was from the pasta. I did email them to ask again about the pasta, but haven’t heard back yet.

The pan seared fish here is awesome! As well as the sweet potato fries cooked in a dedicated fryer!
They have a gf menu on the website but apparently it is only for the off season. The dedicated fryer is to prevent cross contamination for shell fish allergy but they use it for fried chicken etc so not celiac safe.

Dedicated fryer, cross contamination protocols
Great selection!
