We were introduced to this restaurant at the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Festival where they were serving Tandoori Chicken Wings, which they proudly told us were GF. A week or two later we ordered online from their well-marked menu that clearly states which dishes are GF. The dishes were flavorful, distinctive, and prepared to order by the owner/chef. My wife (Celiac) felt 100% fine afterward. We can’t wait to order from them again! Highly recommended.
For reference, we ordered: Ancho Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Chops, and Chicken Curry - all GF. For our non-GF diners we also had vegetable samosas. We ordered all dishes mild since we didn’t know their heat scale. Would order medium next time (YMMV - we live here so we are used to a bit of heat in our food).

So much of their menu is naturally gluten free. Such a relief! *Their website* has a clearly marked menu so you'll know what's safe. The dishes were flavorful and well prepared. We had several kinds of rice along with Baingan Bhartha and Mutter Paneer and everything was AMAZING. I felt completely well after eating so it's a very safe bet. This is a carry out only place so give them a call before you go pick up your order just in case it's not quite ready. It's worth the wait if there is one. Looking forward to trying other items from tbair menu.
