I’ve often gone here after coming to a protest or other event in Montpelier. They sell gluten free granola! Check the label to make sure b/c I think they sell non-GF as well. It is so wonderful, though definitely not low-sugar. They use maple syrup for the sweetener and it is sooo tasty. It does contain tree nuts though (I remember hazelnuts, almonds, and either walnuts or pecans) in case anyone has that allergy.

They also serve a variety of teas and coffees (hot and cold beverage options), sell a variety of chocolates (I can’t remember if they’re celiac friendly or not). They also sell some miscellaneous other items like greeting cards, art, and other food items. My friend found a small set of hot sauces they liked.

This company is employee owned AND unionized (I’m still learning how those things go together, but I do know that sometimes employee owned companies can act a lot like boss-owned companies so it makes some sense to me). Feels good to know the workers likely have much better benefits and treatment (and hopefully pay too) than at other coffee shops in the area.
