Review

Collage has a separate allergen menu that had plenty of options, including steak, fish, lots of sides, and a flourless chocolate cake. They also brought complimentary sealed gluten free bread to munch on with the table bread. The bar across the hotel lobby has gluten free pizza. You can definitely find something to eat at this hotel.
