The Pad See Ew noodle dish is delicious! (Chicken or shrimp) Restaurant is very alert to Gluten sensitivity, my order is always clearly marked GF. Some chefs use no soy sauce in this dish unless I ask, then they’ll use GF soy sauce. Pad Thai also great. Fresh ingredients…and the shrimp is fantastic! Broccoli can be a little crunchy for my liking, so I always order that cooked soft in the dish. They easily accommodate any request!
