I got sick here :( they are incredibly accommodating but I think if you are a symptomatic celiac it would be unsafe for you

Food is delicious, but be very diligent about specifying your diet. They are accommodating, but the language barrier might be a hindering in communicating the seriousness of food allergies

I am extremely sensitive and can not go out to eat many places, but I did not get sick here! Waitress was very kind and patient with me and all my questions. Had ramen with chicken broth (house made) base with rice noodles and steamed chicken.

I went in person to ask some questions and was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman I spoke with was knowledgeable and explained that they can modify a lot of the items with rice noodles. I was a bit skeptical but had a pork kimchi ramen that was amazing.I went back once more and tried the Gomoku Ramen and they even made me a fried rice. The gf fried rice was so good that my wife still talks about it.From what I gather, the fish cakes contain gluten as well as the regular noodles. Luckily I was never a fish cake fan anyways, so it worked out for me. I haven't had ramen in years and am glad to have found Rai Rai.
