A lot of gluten free items. Friendly staff.
Just left Rainbow Acres disappointed. The staff for the hot food didn’t even understand the word gluten. And they don’t list the ingredients for their breakfast items.
No
Wide range of GF frozen product and variety in aisles, but unfortunately if you'd like to go for a custom sandwich, they offer GF bread but have no idea about what crossed contamination is or how to avoid it, plus, the stuff were not nice about it and unwilling to take the bother and listen to our suggestion. We didn't eat the sandwich because we weren't feel safe at all.
Lots of gf options. Prepared food is clearly labeled and almost all warm prepared food is Gf. They have a salad bar and a lot of prepared salads (dressing ingredients labeled on salad bar). They also have sushi (no real crab though ) and vegetable rolls and even have bottles of gf soy sauce with to go containers off the side.
This health food store was better than I had expected. There was a freezer section with GF foods, some of which I'd never seen at other stores. There was also one side of an aisle that had non frozen GF foods such as pasta, crackers and cookies. There is a hot food section that had several items marked as GF and near the hot foods a were several GF deserts. One of the employees said that one of the owners kids can't eat gluten.
