Definitely Celiac friendly with a special Gluten Free menu. When I'd asked the server for the Gluten Free menu, Chef Da actually came out to explain exactly what was in everything and how the wok is scrubbed, etc. The Singapore noodles were awesome. It's my new favorite place!

Rainbow used to be very cautious and we would get take out of occasion. I usually got the Singapore Noodles. But their service slipped. They would forget part of the order. Even key ingredients. Such as rice for the curry. Add shrimp when asked not to. Etc. I would call and explain what happened. We thought we would give them another chance. And discussed issues at length and they still messed it up. Bottom line, they can’t be trusted. They are no longer GF, not celiac friendly or allergen friendly.
No
Definitely not gluten free! The waitress knew I had to be gluten free and brought a salad out with regular dressing. Sent that back and still ended up being “glutened” after my main meal.

Every time I come to TN I have to stop here!! The food is great the staff is always really good with making sure it’s GF
Yes
Staff is always friendly and super accommodating. The GF menu is actually a regular menu someone has gone through and marked to show what is GF and what can be modified to make GF. So happy I can still eat here!
Separate gluten free menu and staff is very friendly and aware about gluten free too .
