Review of Rainbow Lanai

I went here for Easter Brunch based on the gluten free pancakes on the menu. Because it was a huge Easter buffet style they didn’t have any. I asked the server if I could get some. The Chef made them from scratch and they were the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten hands down. Having worked in the F&B industry for over 30 years, I knew what a n inconvenience this would be. So much going on that the Chef needs to pay attention to. Kudos to the Chef for taking the time to satisfy a customer that needed GF. Kudos to the server for being so understanding.
