I go here with my fiancé once a month for gluten free mochi doughnuts! They have a rotating monthly glazed flavor and a plain, sugar-dipped mochi. They also occasionally have a special Friday or Saturday only flavor that is mochi. They are squishy on the inside, crisp on the outside, and the shop is adorable. I got some info from the owner about their practices as they do sell regular wheat doughnuts as well. They do not have a dedicated gf fryer, but they filter the oil and do the mochi doughnuts first each day. I have celiac disease and have never been made sick, but judge by your own sensitivity! I’m in the “Feed me bread and I will be nearly hospitalized, but cross contamination might just give me gas and a stomachache” territory. Oh definitely order ahead online if you want to be sure of getting the flavors you like! They sell out fast.

The owner let us know they fry the mochi ones first if the day in a clean fryer with fresh oil; it sounds like they really take as many precautions as they can to keep the mochi donuts un-contaminated. However, it is still a small shared kitchen space, so keep that in mind.
I asked if their GF donuts were celiac safe and they said that they do keep them separate from the regular donuts but not in a separate kitchen so technically not celiac safe, but ok for those who are less sensitive perhaps?
