The server was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about gluten. He asked if I had an allergy, informed me all their soy sauce is gluten free, and recommended the ramen. Unfortunately the ramen was the worst I’ve ever had - both bland and just pretty gross. The noodles were very dense and did not absorb any flavor. Additionally it ended up being very expensive and we thought we were getting happy hour prices on apps & drinks, but were told when the bill came that happy hour was “buy one, get one half off” only if you got two of the same thing…which doesn’t make much sense. I didn’t get glutened, but would not come back here. If you do end up here, I’d definitely try the sushi or something other than ramen.
