Review of Rakkan Ramen

The broth is naturally plant based and gluten free. Last trip to Houston, I ate 4 times & made sure to take leftovers w me. I usually order "Amber". There are 4 locations right now in Houston, a few more coming but I love the atmosphere of this one. Hopefully they will open in DC soon
