They didn't have the gluten free noodles but they were able to sub in rice and the broth was AMAZING (and vegan!)

At MKT - Was excited to see GF noodles as an offering on the website and the menu. However, they didn’t have any and made it sound like they stopped offering them at all. And they DO NOT have GF soy sauce and most things are soaked or made with it. They do have one gf vegetable broth and the waitress suggested using rice instead. We also had the sushi rice bowl with plain mayo. The waitress was really nice but they just didn’t have much to offer us.
