Rakuten Ramen

We ordered food from Ramires Ramen after reading other positive reviews. The menu indicated some ramen was wheat free but didn’t specify about bowls. We called and asked about the bowls before ordering and was told that the curry bowl was gluten free. We ordered and after we got home saw that there was crunchy chicken in the curry bowl. Concerned, we called the restaurant and asked about the batter. They confirmed that it was gluten free, so I started to eat it. About 5 minutes later, they called back and said ‘they recently changed their recipe’ and it was wheat flour. After two phone calls and a note on the actual order that I had an allergy, they gave me wheat and told me it was fine. Please be careful here.
