My wife, who has Celiac disease, asked for a GF menu. The hostess told her there was not one, and said laughingly, "You know, you've come to a fried seafood place." We asked if any of the seafood could be served grilled. She said that they could and our server would know which ones. So, our server was familiar with Celiac and told us which dishes could be made GF. My wife was able to enjoy grilled catfish and shrimp, all of it seasoned beautifully with Cajun seasonings, served with fries and a killer, herby remoulade sauce. And she never experienced any negative symptoms from her meal. The accommodations were much appreciated.
