Ramen Gaijin

There menu marks some items as gluten free. I still asked the waiter if they used separate water for cooking the gluten free noodles. After checking with the kitchen, he reassured me that they did.

Unfortunately, a few hours later I had an extremely strong reaction. I did have ice cream at another place a few blocks away. But given the timing of the reaction I suspect it was the ramen.

Can't say for sure, but it is enough doubt for me to not go there again.
